There is a credit card charge on my bill that I do not recognize. What is Withoutabox charging me for?
Withoutabox does not keep your credit card number on file, so we cannot make any unauthorized charges to your account. Instead, you are required to enter the card number each time you check out the items in your shopping cart. This is for your security.

You can find an explanation of every charge to your account by clicking the Transactions tab in your left-side navigation. Each order number represents a shopping cart that you checked out, which should correspond to the total amount showing on your credit card bill. All orders are further itemized line-by-line with a description and an amount for each item you had in your cart.
