Cookies

Your browser cookies are not set correctly.

WHAT YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW:

You need to find where cookie preferences are set in your browser. Every brand of browser is a little bit different and the location of cookie settings can even change from version to version.

In general, look for your "Preferences" menu. Cookies often have their own "subtab" or may be bundled with "Advanced" or "Security" settings.

Switch your cookies to "ACCEPT ALL COOKIES" or "NEVER ASK." Then go BACK and try to login again.

If you continue to receive this message after activating cookies, please contact support.

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

A text file on your hard disk that Web sites use to store information about you and your preferences for the site. Only the information you provide or the choices you make while visiting a Web site can be stored in a cookie. Allowing a Web site to create a cookie does not give the site access to the rest of your computer.

WHY WITHOUTABOX USES COOKIES

Withoutabox is more than your average website; it's complex productivity software. Cookies allow our database to recognize the information associated with one of your projects (or your film festival), and they allow you to navigate through the site with ease.

All our cookies expire when you close your system. This is done for your security, so that you must login each time to enter Withoutabox.com's secure areas. This use of cookies is covered under Withoutabox's Privacy Policy.

MORE THAN YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW

Depending on your browser you may see several of these following options:

  • Accept All Cookies
  • Never Ask
  • Accept cookies that get sent back to the originating server
  • Ask for each site
  • Ask for each cookie
  • Do not accept cookies
  • Never Accept

Our cookies allow you to access several Withoutabox servers. We use multiple servers to enhance your security. For this reason it is not enough to select "Accept cookies that get sent back to the originating server." This will cause you to experience intermittent problems while using Withoutabox.

If a browser allows you to be asked each time a cookie is sent, you may choose to set cookies to "Ask for each cookie" or "Ask for each site," as long as you then remember to accept all cookies offered by Withoutabox.

You cannot access Withoutabox if cookies are set to "Never Accept" or "Do not Accept cookies."

Consult your browser's help file for more information on cookies, how they work, and what your options are for screening them.

ABOUT BROWSER COMPATIBILITY

Withoutabox is designed to work best in modern browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Mozilla 1.7 or better, or Internet Explorer 6.0 or better. For best results, we strongly suggest using one of these browsers. If you do not use one of these browsers you may experience intermittent problems loggin onto the system and interacting with our software. Each of these browsers is available as a free download at the sites linked above. Click browser info for more help.
