How can I change the email address associated with my Withoutabox account?

  1. Please log in and select Preferences from the drop down menu in the upper, right hand corner.
  2. Select “Change your E-mail” and follow the instructions provided.

Once your email address is changed, it will become the official Submission Contact for all projects and submissions within your account.

Can more than one email address be associated with my Withoutabox account?

No. Only one email address can be associated with a Withoutabox account as this is the official Submission Contact for all submissions.

How can I change/reset my password?

  1. Please log in and select Preferences from the drop down menu in the upper, right hand corner.
  2. Select “Change your Password” and follow the instructions provided.

How do I link my Withoutabox and IMDb accounts?

You can link your IMDb and Withoutabox accounts by going here.

Please log in directly to your IMDb account as we currently do not support linking to IMDb accounts authenticated by Amazon, Facebook and Google.

Can I change the IMDb account linked with my Withoutabox account?

Yes. Change IMDb linked account.

How do I change my email preferences?

  1. Please log in and select Preferences from the drop down menu in the upper, right hand corner.
  2. Use the drop down menus located under the “Email Preferences” section. Please allow 1-2 weeks for our systems to update and reflect any changes in email preferences.

How can I delete my account?

Festivals can only view your projects that you have submitted, but if you would like to close your account please contact us.

I cannot log in. What do I do?

If you are unable to log in to your account, please first check the email address and password you’ve used is correct. To request password reset, please go to Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions.
