As a filmmaker-centric festival, we will accept a film that is a work-in-progress as long as it is expressly noted as such when submitted along with general notes on what is yet to be completed. A Television work is any film entry developed with the intent of television distribution in either episodic, short or long form feature. Episodic television work should be designated as such and should clearly indicate whether all episodes are included or the submission is for a single episode or pilot. Short form television work should run no shorter than 20 minutes and no longer than 60 minutes and should not be an episode of a series. Long form television work should run no shorter than 60 minutes and no longer than 180 minutes and should not be an episode of a series. Less
